Welcome to Shred by Qaiser Khan! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application (the "Application"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before signing up for any Shred Services. By accessing or using Shred facilities in any manner you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service set forth are the legally binding terms for your use of Shred’s Services. You are only authorized to use Shred Services if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms of Service. Please read these Terms of Service carefully and request for a copy if you need. If you do not agree with them, you should discontinue use of Shred Services immediately. If you wish to become a Member or use Shred’s Non-Member services, you must read these Terms of Service and indicate your acceptance during the registration process.

Use of the Application

You may use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Application to violate any laws or regulations or to infringe upon the rights of others.

Ownership of the Application

The Application and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Shred by Qaiser Khan or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any of the content without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Shred by Qaiser Khan does not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shred by Qaiser Khan be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shred by Qaiser Khan and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

Membership/Account Registration and Termination Policy

To access Shred LIVE or On-demand classes on our mobile or web platform, you need to become a member of Shred by purchasing a subscription. You are required to provide us with all the correct information at the time of account creation (mandatory process to become a member) and notify us of any changes to that information. False information or failure to convey updated information can result in termination of your membership and subscription to Shred services. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account on our online platform. You may not permit any unauthorized users to access your account. You are required to safeguard your account access credentials (username and password). If you observe any unusual activity on your account, immediately change your password or reach out to our support team. You are requested to provide us with the correct personal information up to your best knowledge and refrain from any misleading information while at the creation of your account for our online services. You may not use someone else’s personal details (contact number, email ID), other public information, or image that violates any third party rights as it is against the law and objectionable to Shred. You can find the subscription plans and fee charges for Shred online services on Shred’s official website. The fee charges for Shred’s In-person studio classes can be inquired by the respective studio’s administration. The fee charges/prices are bound to change. Shred may suspend, disable, or delete your account or block or remove any content that you submitted, for any lawful reason, including if Shred believes that you have violated the terms and your conduct or content would tend to damage Shred’s reputation or purpose. Once Shred deletes your account, you wouldn’t be allowed to re-register under another username and Shred might block your access to Shred services.

Content Submitted for Shred Services

The person who originated any user content, whether publicly posted or privately communicated, is solely responsible for it. You represent and warrant that all user content supplied by or on your behalf is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and in accordance with these Terms of Service as well as all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You accept that you access all content through the Shred services at your own risk and that you will be entirely responsible for any harm or loss caused to you or any other party as a result. We make no representations, warranties, or assurances about any content that you obtain on or via the Shred service to the fullest extent is authorized by law.

Rights for the Use of the Application

Shred grants you a limited exclusive license to download and install a copy of the App on a mobile device or computer that you own or control, and to run such a copy of the App solely for your own personal purposes. You may only make a reasonable number of copies of the App for backup or archival purposes. You may not do any of the following unless expressly approved by these Terms: Lend or rent the App to any third party; Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App; Disassemble the App; Make the App’s functionality available to many users in any way possible.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Your challenge registration is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. In all circumstances, you can not refund your subscription. For valid requests, the client cycle can be frozen and the amount can be adjusted in their account. In case clients have faced any medical emergency or they are unable to continue the challenge due to some unforeseeable circumstances, they must inform our team via an email at info@shred.pk For all valid requests, please share valid proof and the client
